Here we go with both feet………as I mentioned in our first post, big changes are happening in our house! Good changes, exciting changes, but scary just the same…Mark has been giving an Amazing job opportunity! Which would entail him only having to work 15 days a month and we’d get him home for the other 15!! It also includes many other benefits for our family including a great retirement plan and full benefits of a union! They have given him the opportunity to choose between furthering education and higher management positions…the sky’s the limit!!!
The current company Mark has been working for, for the last eight years has been amazing to us and this last week has been bitter sweet, as a lot of Marks fellow co workers have become a part of our family and it’s sad to leave something you’ve known for so long. The opportunities that have been presented with this new job though, are just to good to pass up for our family. We are sooooo excited to have the opportunity where, Mark can go on field trips, help out with school when Laken gets older and will be home enough to help with which ever sports or activities Laken may have!! Mark also can’t wait to take Laken skiing on his days off with Grandpa and I can't wait for camping trips and family outings!! So as we say goodbye to a big chapter in our life, we say hello to one that we know will bring great things to our family!
