Halloween!!

             It’s here again and gone.... One of my favourite times of year! Halloween! Mark and I where talking the other day discussing why we choose to celebrate these holidays and it turned out so simple….one because it makes us happy, Halloween is one of the only times of year when dress up it ok for everyone of all ages and most importantly it nurtures and encourages the imagination! Our society is so consumed with reality that the gift of imagination has been almost brushed aside. We think it’s so important to nurture and encourage the imagination as reality kicks in way to quickly and younger and younger. Most of the great inventors and entrepreneurs have the best imaginations, and with out them they wouldn’t be where they are!

       As an Adult your imagination seems to be rejuvenated once you have children and that tingled in your nose that runs all the way to your toes with excitement comes back! I held our annual Babes Halloween Party and it was so much fun! Last year all the babes where just laying on the floor hanging out and this year they where running and playing! It was unbelievable to see and think how far they’ve come in a year! It was so great to also see all the Mom’s, we have such a great bond and they all are beyond Amazing moms and it’s so empowering to be around them all. Laken and I are so lucky to have such Amazing people in our lives and I look forward to raising our children together and many many more Halloween parties!
